Some parts shine, others fall flat
The location was fantastic! with a lovely design and a cute lobby adding charm to our stay.
Room size is a bit cramped and the lack of soundproofing can disrupt your peace at night.

We had an amazing stay here! The complimentary bathrobes in our suite were a lovely surprise, and we enjoyed relaxing in the leisure room with a cozy atmosphere and free snacks. The only hiccup was that the shower could use a little upgrade, but overall, it was fantastic! 😊

Perfect spot for family stay
So we stayed there for a week in the junior suite and it was spacious really well done I gotta say. The staff was off the charts friendly like they actually cared about us from the get-go which is rare, you know
It wasn’t exactly cheap but given the quality, I think it was worth it.

The location was stellar, with easy access to all the major attractions. We had a fantastic time enjoying the spacious Junior Suite overlooking St Augustine Church. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our family trip even more enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, a health shower would’ve been great.

missingWrote a review on 20 Julcharming balconyunique decorquality beddinglimited accessibility
Charming balcony views overlooking the street add to the quaintness of the atmosphere. The decor reflects an elegant yet quirky style, making each corner of the hotel feel unique. Quality bedding enhances comfort, crucial after a long day exploring.
Limited accessibility options stand out, especially for those who may need mobility support. All rooms are located upstairs, requiring a narrow lift or a spiral staircase that might not suit everyone. The absence of a minibar and basic amenities like slippers or bathrobes without request can undermine the expectations of a four-star experience. Some rooms have inadequate shower facilities. one lacked a place to properly hang the showerhead, causing discomfort. Cleanliness wasn't always up to par, with minor issues like dust present in certain areas. Ventilation is another drawback, with several guests noting their rooms occasionally feel too warm. Breakfast options could also use improvement, as items tended to be underwhelming or not replenished well, impacting the overall morning experience.

This was an optimal selection for strolling in Paris with fantastic value for money. However, checkout was a hassle. I felt treated like a criminal when paying cash. Book your transfer in advance to avoid stress on your last day.

Nice decor and friendly staff. The shower setup lacked a mixer tap, which is annoying. The breakfast options were varied and good, especially the croissants.

The culinary adventures around Maison Malesherbes are a dream! From organic delights at Graine to the cozy vibe at Le Sauvage, dipping into local bites was a highlight. Plus, the staff treated us like family, making every moment feel special.
There's not much to nitpick. the setup is charming, but I wonder how accessible it is for everyone. A bit more info on that would help, but it still felt like a five-star experience.

The Junior Suite was spacious and designed well, with comfy beds and lots of storage. The bathroom was great with both a shower and a tub. Loved the large windows that opened for fresh air. Oh, and we had free bottled water, which was a nice touch! Just a heads up, the toilet was in a separate cubicle, and there was no health shower. Overall, really comfy and well-thought-out layout.
